1. for me the following are important things to be considered after curing:
- the packaging of the finished product, this should be done in an aseptic way to prevent contamination, and the packaging material should be also attractive to the consumers.
- Storing.is another thing to consider inorder that the shelf life of the product will last until it's expiration date.
2. If modern packaging materials are not available you can make use of glass jars, plastic bottles and paper or boxes as long as these are properly sterilized and are considered to be food grade.
