I want you to know that I have been having a high fever for the past two days. I ate something unhealthy that upset my stomach and induced severe food poisoning that led me to elevated temperature and agitation. I couldn’t stand up and do anything on my own. This causes severe headaches and infirmity. To recover from the extreme temperature, I am taking proper medicine. The medicines prescribed to me by the doctor are of high dosage, which makes me tired and drowsy. It can take more than two days to recuperate. I have to take a two-day leave to get into better health and resume my job again. I should add the medical leave to the prescription.
