Forgiveness is an important thing to us to learn. Usually on teenager's like us have difficulty on forgiving someone who hurt us/them. Forgiveness is a decision to let go of resentment and thoughts of revenge. Forgiveness is important, it encourage compassion and as you forgive you can feel or relate to others feelings.
Forgiving someone will help both of you to heal your relationship to each other.
For me, to forgive someone, learn what is forgiveness and why it is matter. Instead of crying and thoughts in revenge, find what is the meaning of your suffering. Call others strength if forgiveness is difficult for you. Also learn to forgive yourself.
So, don't be hard on ourselves, learning to be strong is not hard enough to us. Forgiveness also help us in moving forward to it. It can also lead to a healthy relationship, less of anxiety, stress and hostility.
