They usually spent time and breaks in playing mobile games or chatting with others, rather than just reading a book or talking with siblings. They are more interested in spending their free time in watching funny YouTube videos and other stuffs which do not contribute to their development. This is well bad because they may even have a negative effect on the teens. It is better to stay away from the phones, gadgets and bed, and play outdoor or board games with family and friends. They can even spend time on reading newspaper articles and scientific and current news blogs. In these ways, a child may not only would be able spend his free time but develop his social and personal skills.
