As it seems, the country is in danger of having a massive breakout of the COVID-19 virus in areas of the lower region of the Philippines such as areas near Visayas and certain parts of Mindanao. The majority of Luzon is not a major spot for COVID-19, but that still doesn't exclude anyone from following safety protocols, because as it stands, no region is guaranteed to be safe from the virus. The grey area which is neutral, or slightly infectious seems to be the most common situation for alot of the people in the country.
In order to prevent the spread of the disease, I highly recommend that everyone wears a face mask and properly observe social distancing whenever you need to go outside.
