I agree that we should conduct limted face to face classes in bicol, for students to come up with lesson with a knowledge about it.
I know we still in this crisis but education is important too. Some of the parents don't want it for some reason is to protect their child from thi COVID-19.
I, as a student in bicol in my opinion limited face to face can help students in a better way, to understand and to gain knowledge for the next school year.
