Sir/madam

I am Ritesh a resident of Rajiv Bihar near New Delhi. My grandmother was not well she has diabetes. When we visited the city hospital, I was messy. People's were roaming, sleeping all around the area covered with people. The floor is vacant in few places but due to garbage lying there. We moved to an emergency ward , as my grandmother has paid in her hand. We sat there for about ½ an hrs, no proper dustbins were maintained. Grabage has loitering all over around. No medical staff care about hygiene just everyone is busy in accuring patient's to money. I request the concern authority to look at the situation what has going wrong. These thing will make the fall on it popularity.
