ANSWER
1. I eat is Vegetables, Egg, Water, Etc.
2. They help my body to be NORMAL.
3. Because if we don't, We can get sick. And it's Needed for our BODY.
4. Because sometimes they lazy, or they like something food to eat, just like me, if i were to give them some advice, i would tell them, that eat food to correct portions, is Good for our HEALTH, especially if you really CARE for your BODY. so why not eat the correct and nutrients food?
