I think the geometry of the Universe is such that there are no "far corners" to be reached. Logically the Universe can have no "edges" or "boundaries" because it would imply that there would be something on the other side and what could be "on the other side" except more Universe. Because of the finite velocity of light we can only peer back in a time a finite distance into a Universe that has no "end".
We call our own home galaxy the Milky Way Galaxy; the Andromeda Galaxy is a neighboring galaxy some two million lightyears distant from our galaxy. Constellations are patterns and groupings of stars in the night sky as seen by human beings on the surface of the Earth. Unlike galaxies constellations have no physical meaning but are convenient divisions of the sky in which to locate celestial objects, like galaxies, that do have physical significance.
As time passes and technology advances we surely will learn much more about our Universe than we know today but there probably is a limit to how much we can ever know. That will be a very interesting moment when it arrives and the wise proclaim "We can know no more!" The joy of it all will lie in the journey and the surprises that we will find along the way.
