Violence is a complex and multifaceted problem that has many causes and factors. Some of the main reasons for violence in the world include economic inequality, poverty, discrimination and oppression, lack of access to resources, distrust and frustration with government and institutions, lack of opportunity, intolerance and prejudice, and inadequate mental health care and social services.
According to Siddhartha Gautama, also known as the Buddha, both desire and ignorance are the root of suffering. And I 100% agree with this. Because of desire, factors arise to contribute to violence.
One factor is Destructive Parenting. I give example. Remember Adolf H.? It is not uncommon that history portray him as one cruelest person who ever lived. He caused violence. When he was young, he wanted to be an artist but his father Alois wanted him to be a civil servant. (Do you notice this is desire?). Because of this, there were conflict, his father beat him while his mother Klara tried to protect him from the beatings. His father never knew that his actions to the boy will later change the course of human history, violently. (Yah boi this is ignorance). This is a picture of a completely dysfunctional family, a Destructive Parenting that the public has never heard before, not even often taught in schools. Pain cause pain, and the cycle repeat.
In the case of Imperfection, humans are imperfect, and this is frustrating. Violence arise because of human imperfection. Genetic and temperamental vulnerability, mood disorders, medical mimickers and dual disorders. Psychopaths often engage in being violent toward others. And it's not their fault why they have to experience that.
There are more examples to prove my argument, I will just give my summary: "Men acted of their own nature, design, impulse, and will. This is the root of violence."
