In the poem two words inhabitants and fearless which are applicable to the tiger with reference to the poem because the tigers are king of jungle and they are supposed to be bravest species on earth.

Fearful symmetry is a very nuanced quality to have. "Fearful" references the scariness of a tiger, but it also alludes to the sublime. The sublime suggests an old way of referring something that's is frightening because it is powerful and mysterious. Moreover the tigers are regarded as fearful because they're considered to be the bravest species on the Earth.
