The body temperature become high near the injured part of the body because when any one get injured that time that individuals may lose sensation because signals among brain and region innervated beneath the level of injury may not be able to get past the site of injury.
Also the adjustments in circulation and metabolism cannot be made under the level of injury. When this happens, our core body temperature can fall or rise.Due to this , it becomes difficult for our brain to recognized when the body is too cold or warm.
