Soap has lipids like structures a hydrophobic end and a hydrophilic end the hydrophobic end tends to run away from water molecules while hydrophilic end moves towards the water molecules I.e. making micelles. While the hydrophobic end is not alcohol or ethanol phobic therefore does not form micelles on addition of ethanol. hope it helps nothing was copied and all typed by me so please please please please please please please please mark brainliest
