Sticks and stones may break my bones but Words will break my soul. A break bone can heal, but the sound of word opens can fester forever.

Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal, to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate and to humble. Words can build up or they can tear down. They can bring joy and they can bring pain. It can also motivate and inspire us and even helps us identify a mantra to live by. Words have power, their meaning crystallises perceptions that shape our beliefs, drive our behaviour, and ultimately create our own world. Their power arises from our emotional responses when we read, speak or hear them. Don’t ever diminish the power of words. Words move Hearts and Hearts move Limbs.
Ethics of Words
Raise your words, not your voice. It is rain that grows flowers, not thunder. One Kind word can change someone’s entire day. Kind words are a creative force, a power that concurs in the building up of all that is good, and energy that showers blessings upon the world. Kind words can be short and easy to speak but their echoes are truly endless.
Our tongue has no bones, but is strong enough to break a heart. Human tongue is a beast that few can master. It strains constantly to break out of its cage, and if it is not tamed, it will run wild and causes you grief. Words have no power to impress the mind without the exquisite horror of their reality. Words can seeds that do more than blow around. They land in our hearts and not the ground. Be careful what you plant and careful what you say because you might have to eat what you planted one day.
Handle them carefully, for words have more power than atom bombs.
Don’t mix bad words with your bad mood. You’ll have many opportunities to change a mood, but will never get any scope to replace the words you already spoken. You can say something hurtful in 10 seconds, but 10 years later, the wounds are still there.
WORDS!! LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS OF MEAN, HATEFUL, AWFUL, HURTFUL, HORRENDOUS, RUDE, PAINFUL, DISGUSTING WORDS! People were said words with the INTENTION OF INFLICTING as much pain as humanly possible! ON PURPOSE!!!

Perhaps it is not the words that hurt more, but the certainty and focus they give us. Actions :A friend sitting next to you gets up, appears angry, and leaves without saying anything.
You might feel concerned and wonder what made your friend do this
You might worry that something you did or did not do angered them
You might run after him or her and try to correct whatever is wrong
Words: A friend sitting next upto you gets up, appears angry and says, “I’m tired of you” before leaving.
You likely feel crushed that your friend feels so negatively toward you
You might blame the friend for being so judgemental
You might just sit and cry because they hurt you so badly
In this example, we are uncertain without words. With words, we have something to direct our emotions toward. The words tend to make things immediately personal. When we take things personal, we feel everything deeper. It feels like our inner self is being attacked. We will find life is much easier to live when we take things less personal. Of course, we need to take some things personal, but deciding when to take things personal, is a wonderful tool.

Our intimate one’s has the right to say anything they can, but sometimes they forget, in bad mood their words aren’t appropriate to us even those words can push us to KILL OURSELVES. We are more alike depending on them. In this purpose, we can’t take any of intolerable words from them. Later we can forgive them in sake of being so close, but our feelings and endeavour never gonna work for them like before it worked.
In example, if we occurred an accident and broke our bones, after few months later it would recover and we forget about that incident but the pain in our retention remains the same after 10 or 20 years. Psychologists found memories of painful emotions experiences linger for longer than those involving physical pain. They quizzed volunteers about painful events over the previous 5 years.
Remember, your hurting words CAN BE FORGIVEN, NOT FORGOTTEN.
Look at all the poor young teens that are committing suicide because of all this Internet Cyber bullying? NO…..WORDS! W.O.R.D.S!!!!
Words can be disastrous! What I can’t grasp is people who DON’T get how THEIR WORDS can cause another so much pain! What I don’t understand is how a person CAN’T SEE how they are DESTROYING another human being, and how they can’t see it right in front of them and don’t STOP!!
Don’t let someone else’s words rule or ruin your life. You are the only person who can actually make any word which defines you.
