At zero kelvin (minus 273 degrees Celsius) the particles stop moving and all disorder disappears. Thus, nothing can be colder than absolute zero on the Kelvin scale. ... Hot minus temperatures: At a negative absolute temperature the energy distribution of particles inverts in comparison to a positive temperature.
TheEdwardBecause -273.15 °C is considered to be absolute zero and upto this temperature all ideal gases liquefied and we know kelvin scale is Celsius scale + 273.15 so the least value of kelvin will be zero (not negative)
