Keep in mind that when I say "innocent", I mean in terms of goodness rather than being naive.
To me, I think Monty is the most "innocent" out of all the characters on the show.
The only person he has directly killed was his mother who was trying to kill Octavia. He also defended all the mains at some point and called them out at some point. He actually wants what is best for humanity which is evident when he says he understands why he isn't on the "100" list.
