Correct option is -> (3)Distilled water.
Distilled water is a homogeneous mixture . Hence, the property of scattering light/Tyndall effect is not shown by distilled water.
Whereas, on the other hand, Jelly ,cloud and foam , are colloids , hence, these show the property of Tyndall effect.
