Which of the following is the correct arrangement of steps in constructing an angle bisector of the given angle?

I.Place the compass needle at point B and construct an arc large enough to intersect the sides of angle B . Name the points of intersection as Aand C.

II. Place the compass needle at point C. Draw an arc intersecting the previously drawn arc at points D. Connect the vertex and point D using the straightedge. Ray BD is the angle bisector of angle ABC

III. Using a straightedge to construct an angle and name the vertex B.

IV. Place the compass needle at point A and draw an arc in the interior of angle B greater than half the length of AC. Retain the opening of the compass.
