• Where do you feel HAPPINESS or JOY in your body? • Where do you feel SADNESS in your body? Where do you feel ANGER in your body? Where do you feel FEAR in your body? Where do you feel COURAGE in your body? Where do you feel LOVE in your body?
Below are the answers of the questions dealing with feelings and the body parts.
As far as I know, feelings are how the brain interpret certain information that got sent to it. Happiness, joy, sadness, anger, fear, courage, and love are few instances of those feelings. We may feel the sensation elsewhere in other parts of the body, while in fact they occur in the brain. However, if we set aside science for awhile, here are the answers based on my own observation:
We feel happiness or joy in mainly in our upper part of the body, for example in our face because we instantly smile when this happens.
As for sadness, I think it's mainly in our chest.
Anger is pretty similar to sadness, so between the throat (for when we are speechless) and the chest.
Fear, however, is mainly felt in our senses because they give relevant response such as sweating (hands and feet as well as face).
We feel courage mainly in our body because our expression adjusts to our feeling of courage.
As for love, I think it's somewhere around our face.
