there wouldn't be the seasons we see all year round. The side tilted towards the sun experiences summer, the side away experiences winter. If there is no tilt, the places close to the equator would experience summer all year, the places away from the equator would experience winter all the time. Life would have been impossibly difficult. There would have been less diverse flora amd fauna. Migratory animals wouldn't migrate. Infact after a few years, earth would be a beautiful planet with just not the right conditions for humans to live.
