The day and night would be least effect because the day and night is caused due to the sun.. the thing is that the night will be more darker now as it was previously.

Yes Earth as we know it would be lot different
We will not have tidesEarth would wobble a lot more while spinning on its axis.
Moon acts as a stabiliser.10 degree wobble would catastrophic
. It would lead to extreme temperature fluctuation.
One year you will have ice age and next would be very hot.
Very difficult for existing complex lifeforms to exist.
Core also experiences gravitational pull which also plays some part in shaping continents.
So our continents may look different.
