WHAT SIGNS DO YOU OBSERVE IN YOURSELF WHENEVER YOU ARE STRESSED OR IN A STRESSFUL SITUATION?
there are a few signs that i observe in myself whenever i am stressed or in a stressful situation. firstly, my heart rate increases and i start to feel a tightness in my chest. i also start to feel very anxious and my mind races with all of the things that could go wrong. i often times feel like i am not in control of the situation and that can be very scary. lastly, i tend to get very irritable and my patience wears thin very easily. if i am aware of these signs, i can try to take some deep breaths and relax my body to help alleviate the stress.
