EXAMPLE: For Linear, y= 2x + 6, let x = 0,
y= 2(0) + 6
y= 6
the line intersects the y-axis at point (0,6)
for quadratic, y= x² - 4x - 5, let x = 0
y= 0 - 4 (0) -5
y= -5,
so, the parabola will intersect the y-axis at point (0, -5)
