I have seen that, as almost everything, it can be understood from the point of view of the system. An idea is one way in which concepts are born, and a concept is a system of concepts. As any word in a dictionary can be explained using other words, a concept would be made out from a 'conceptual' system of concepts. Anything that you could understand as 'something', is always going to be a particular way to understand the world, not necesarily real or absolute (as you only know your five senses, and you can't even imagine other kinds of perception) the word 'idea' defines concepts made out from minds, and can be used or understood by others. Anyway, im sure there are so many other answers for this question.
