a lot of psychiatrists says that maladaptive daydreaming also starts with a traumatizing childhood or past. Which makes them lose hope for the world outside. And does maladaptive daydreaming to cope emotions?

How do we get out of that realities? well ever since I bacame a maladaptive daydreamer, I almost do it the whole day. Is there something you can tell to ease my maladaptive daydreaming?
