I carry it myself and I don't let anyone else carrying it for me. So that when I overcome the obstacles, when the better comes after the worst, when I win my battles, so when I forget that I'm strong, that nothing can put me down but death, I can look back at my accomplishments, be proud that I have never gave up, and remember that I don't owe it to anyone but me. I'm the master of my destiny and the only true miracle is that I am still alive. It creates a vertuous circle and gives me a strong confidence that I can accomplish anything if I work hard enough for it and I can overcome a lot of obstacles because of my own will and strength. My own personal path led me to never look for help. Everyone has their own path. The goal is to survive after all.
BUT... REMEMBER
“Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you; He shall not permit the righteous to be moved.” (Psalm 55:22)
“Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all of your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” (1 Peter 5:6-7)
“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” (Matthew 11:28-30)

Your heaviest burdens, Jesus said to cast all of your burdens (as in anxieties, cares of this life, worries) on to him and he will give you rest (as in peace of mind.)

The bible teaches us of three ways: recognize, accept, and grow. 1)Recognize. To be able to respond to his grace and mercy fully, we must first recognize our need for such. ... 2)Accept. He has given His grace and mercy for free, never asking anything in return. 3)Grow. 4)Donate To The Poor Online.
