"You get to decide how you want to live your life.
Life is difficult for some individuals, and here's something to ponder about: They will always have a difficult time getting by in life. Some people believe that life is full of possibilities, but here's the thing: It's not. They'll be able to take advantage of the most opportunities throughout their lives.
The lives of some people are viewed as unjust, and as such, life might be viewed as unfair to those people as well. While this may seem counterintuitive, it is in fact reasonable, and the reason for this is that your outlook largely influences how your life will turn out. While money and power might buy you happiness, if your outlook on life is "Man! I have all this but yet im not happy and feel terrible," you will be unhappy no matter how much of either you have.
But on the other hand, if you are someone who is now going through a difficult moment in your life, but you approach it with the mindset of a warrior and you say to yourself things like, "Yes, time does not favor me and nothing is going well, I am in awful circumstances but guess what? I am a strong individual with the ability and determination to overcome this obstacle." What's more, if you have such a mindset, you'll come out on the other side considerably stronger.
You will get unhappy and anxious if you continue to cry and injure yourself. When we devote too much energy to the acts and words of others, we become emotionally dependent and weak. If you become emotionally distant, you will experience emotional numbness or muteness after a while. You become cold and apathetic to other people's and your own feelings, which is the opposite of what humans are supposed to be like.
It's all about striking a balance in life. A state of equilibrium in which you can cry, be furious, be glad, be gentle, and feel a wide range of emotions while being calm.
