1. Get distracted by my phone.
2. Procrastination, doing something later instead of doing it early.
3. Not taking notes or not listening to the discussion.
Solutions:
1. Turn my phone off, and put it away so that I could focus on my work.
2. Set a schedule for each of the works that I have to do and make sure to follow it or have someone to remind me of it.
3. Make sure to take down notes and to listen to the discussions thoroughly and keenly.
