I did many things to help stop the spread of the deadly virus,Covid 19.I always sanitize not just my self but even my surroundings and things that i bought.Keeping distance with others,i consult my doctor whenever i feel some symptoms of covid 19,keep my body strong and healthy,staying at home etc.And litterally yes,i am participating the right measures or doing the health protocols.

Because i obey the rules and laws that the government implement.
