As far as I have known, the differences are as follows:
Most Filipinos speak English well in a neutral accent. Some English foreigners would really like to talk with us (I’m a Filipino too) because our pronunciation is clear and well understood. When it comes to religion, most Filipinos are Catholics or Christians, some are Muslims which are mostly found in the southern part of our archipelago. Filipino words were influenced with some Spanish words because of the Spanish colonization way back on 1500’s. This is why we can understand and speak some Spanish words but not in a sentence. Filipino food are being eaten either by hand, spoon or fork. If you would like to eat noodles or what we call here as pancit, we tend to use fork not chopsticks. When it comes to physical appearances, Some Filipinos tend to look like latinos/latinas due to the Spanish colonization before. Some also look like Malay or Chinese due to the immigration of some people from neighboring countries before as well. I guess those are some differences. Right now, most Filipinos are engaged on Korean beauty so you may noticed that some of them look like Korean on themselves and not as a Filipino.
