freelancing is a great job opportunity in recent times and you have done a great work in choosing python because in modern day programming world it is the simplest and most powerful language. Django is just a part of it and it is a module kinda thing.
let's say you drop 12th and start freelancing,it's not like you would get customers immediately.most of them in India are unaware of this freelancing.
so it will take time.
my suggestion is you do 12th just for the sake of a certificate and do freelancing as part time so that when u finish 12th u can be in such a position that you can make freelancing Ur main career,if it doesn't work u can still do a bsc computer science based on the 12th mark
