We remove some coldwater from refrigerator..Which is almost about to become an ice...But it is still in liquid state.When we tap the bottle containing the same coldwater,after removing it from refrigerator....the water inside the bottle becomes ice rapidly and progressively...I would like to understand and know what this phenomena is and how it occurs?

The kick-start can be given by a piece of dust, a rough spot on the container or the shock wave that gets generated when you hit the bottle or container. The shock wave is an inbuilt metallic clicker that are used in new wine warmer which contains a supercool liquid that releases heat as it solidifies.
