The head boy and head girl main role is to support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team in promoting and representing the school. Some duties include:

Representing the school at certain events

Making speeches promoting the school

Showing visitors round

Meeting with house captains / school council /prefects

House Captain duties include:

being responsible for promoting their School House, within the school community.

representing their house in assemblies

working with staff to arrange inter-house events and charity events

acting as a positive role model

Prefect duties include:

Helping to set up the hall for assemblies and managing the sound and lighting during assemblies

Encouraging children to walk around school calmly and quietly

Working with classes during wet break times

Showing visitors around the school

Assisting at school fayres and events

Helping in the dining hall
