In Reading and Mathematics Vietnam has the highest percent and Laos had the lowest percent while in writing the highest percent is Vietnam and the lowest percent is Myanmar. Philippines has 10% in reading, 17% in Mathematics and 2% in writing. As we can see, writing has the lowest average percentage it means we need to focus more on writing.
