ACTIVITY: Read and analyze the fictitious situation below and list the five (5) offenses that Nico did

Nico was a newbie at EID. On his first week at work, he noticed that some employees brought
home unused water pipes without declaring it to the field supervisor. Since he was a newbie, he did
not report it to the supervisor to avoid disagreement with his coworkers. In his second week, a friend
offered him to get two unused water pipes so that he can sell it to his neighbor for extra income. He
agreed and took the pipes home. On the Friday of the third week, the same friend offered him to drink
alcohol after eating lunch. According to his friend drinking alcohol would boost their energy. Both of
them were drunk while they worked in the afternoon. As a result, they teased a coworker who is a
polio victim because of his smaller left leg. When the said coworker reacted to their teasing, Nico
punched his face. After the incident, Nico was expelled from EID.
