1. I spent most of my time on gadgets which means I am very exposed to radiation.

2. I really love to eat or drink sweet foods/drinks.

Causes of my lack of discipline;

1. Even if I don't want to, I really need to be exposed since I have a task (to copy a documents).

2. Those are my favorite treats.

Short-term results;

1. My vision became blurry sometimes.

2. Whenever I am wounded ( even just a bit) it'll take some days to heal.

Long-term results;

1. My vision might permanently become blurry.

2. I might develop diabetes.
