finally got the best recipe for a certain bread. So you publicize your bread and
made it known to public. You made an effort to expand your business, and
you did. You now have 1000+ branches of bakery in the Philippines, with your
signature bread as the flagship product. 2 years later, another bakery came
up with the exact recipe for a bread, and they’ve decided to make the list of
ingredient public.

Q: Do you have the right to stop them from publicizing the ingredient since it
is your company’s trade secret?
