1. ASSESSMENT
Directions: Read the given issue below. Make a stand about it. Your stand should be
composed of three (3) paragraphs - introduction, body, and conclusion. Be sure to use
what you've learned from the previous activities. For you to be guided on how you're
going to write your stand, a rubric is provided below. Take a look at it before you start
writing.
Children aged 10-14 can now go outside of their homes. In other words, you can
go to malls, restaurants, churches, etc. with your family.
Paragraph 1 (Introduction) - Do you agree with the issue/topic? Give your stand or
position
Paragraph II (Body) - Why do agree or disagree? Cite your reasons and the details for
each reason.
Paragraph III (Conclusion) -Write a strong conclusion by restating your stand using
