If solution turns red, it is Sodium hydroxide solution.
Now put a few drops of remaining two solutions one by one on the turmeric indicator which turned red.
The hydrochloric acid solution will neutralize the sodium hydroxide and reverse the change in turmeric indicator from red to yellow.
The sugar solution is neutral and will not show any change in colour of turmeric indicator which has turned red.
