Interviewing relatives about basis in choosing health products and the health products they are using.

These are the health product that I'm using, contact lense, sunscreens and vitamins/capsules.

My reason why I uses contact lense because it is like an eyes glasses well my eye will be blurry if I don't have them. In my personal opinion, contact lenses help to me correct refractive errors and perform this function by adding or subtracting focusing power to the eye's cornea and lens.

My reason uses sunscreen is that it protect my skin from UV rays. The depletion of the ozone layer has increased our risk of sun damage from harmful UV rays. Because Sunscreen blocks these rays, greatly reducing the likelihood of sunburn.

And I take vitamin/capsules because to take these supplements to make sure I get enough essential nutrients and to maintain or improve my health.
