The water tank of Nancy has a length
of 1.50 meters and a width of 1.20 meters. The water needs to be 1.60 meters high to fill the tank. How many cubic meters of water is needed to fill the tank?

Volume=length * width * height
Length=1m
Width=80 cm =0.8 m
Height=120 cm = 1.2m
So volume= 1∗0.8∗1.2
=0.96 m3
Now 1 m3 = 1000 liter
So 0.96 m3 = 960 liter
