The volume of a sphere with radius R cm is 4 times the volume of a cylinder with radius 0.53 R cm and height H cm. Find the ratio of the sphere's radius to the cylinder's height. Use π=3.14 (if necessary). PLEASE ANSWER IT FAST!!
