Gums I'm working on have approximately 60-80 polysaccharide by content but Im unable to precipitate or purify the gum by using methanol ethanol or even acetone. By acetone additon i just get slurry. But not complete separation or precipitate. But before adding solvent if I add calcium chloride and then followed by solvent I get change in media and precipitaes setting down in bottom. Should I proceed with that?

I have developed the mould and die ( i have attached the pics) to make coconut shell powder composite cups, the material used are mixture of coconut shell powder (sived) + accacia gum + glycerol (plasticizer) {75% + 25% + 10%} and other reinforcing materia used are gaur gum, locust bean gum and epoxy + hardner but the problem is the material is sticking to the die and even when i am removing the mold the material breaks heating is making it get chared and breaking i have used the ghee and applied over the dieh even this did not work? how to comeout of this problem

For patients with GI issues with the large intestine (IBS, spastic colon, ulcerative colitis), I have seen a pattern that foods with carageenan and xanathan gum, both polysaccharides used as emulsifiers, worsen GI issues and pain. However, the supplement Inulin seems to helpful for patients. Is there something about the molecular structure of carageenan and xanathan gum that results in more harm than other polysaccharides? Are carageenan and xanathan gum more prone to causing oxidative damage in the large intestine?

I would like to ask your information about a policy of the United States that has not yet lost the title of being the most powerful in the world. The US has a strange way of interest, especially from its foreign policy. According to this, it is given the impression that the US interest has to be everyone's interest. If you do not act in the interests of the United States; you are defined as terrorist as individual, bandit as state. You can talk about a terrorist state in the world. For some reason, however, this description is never attributed to the United States and its young child Israel. However, a better description of a terrorist state cannot be made than these two cruel states which carry the blood of many oppressed people, society and the state in their hands. Why do you think if the interests of your own country conflict with this state, you are immediately subject to sanctions, and more importantly, the impression is that you are acting against something that interests everyone? Why can the official figures in charge of ensuring the interests of states be declared terrorists when it comes to the United States? How can a state that makes international organizations and international law discourse gum in its mouth easily break them? What deterred other states from taking effective measures against this cruelty?

Dear All, I'm working on matrix encapsulation with different polysaccharides and especially Acacia gum (also called Arabic gum) and Maltodextrine at different DE values. After research on Internet and in scientific journals, I didn't find a Handbook or a database of the Tg value of polysaccharides? Have you these data? If yes, can you share them with me or the reference of the publication where I can find them? Thanks in advance Bastien
