here,
the ratio between breadth and length is 2 : 3 .

let,
length of rectangular playground is : 3x
and
breadth of rectangular playground : 2x

and,
according to given;
length = 3x = 42 m
=> x = 14

=> breadth = 2x
= 2× 14
= 28 m Answer
