The official in hurdle events shall disqualify the competitor who:
a. advances or trails a leg or foot below the top horizontal plane;
b. run around or under the hurdle;
runs over a hurdle not in the hurdler's lane;
d. impedes another hurdler; and
e. knocks down any hurdle by hand.
