the main purpose of storing appetizer is to preserve it's freshness and to prevent it from spoilage the tools and equipment needed in storing appetizer mentioned above will help in maintaining the lower temperature of food.the storing techniques will give us idea on how to store our prepared appetizer.the storing techniques implies that food should be kept cold or cool to preserve it.what is then prevented if appropriate storing techniques is applied in preserving appetizer? ​
