When frog reaches >=9 m then his jump of 3m will make >=12 m so frog will be out of well.
For all other jumps frog will 3 - 1 = 2m
So for n number of jumps by frog
(n-1)^ * 2>=12-3 (as there will be last jump also)
=>(n-1)^ * 2>=9
=>2n-2>=9
=>2n>=11
