For each metre one goes down under the sea surface, there is a rise of 1 atmosphere pressure, so at a depth of 10,000 m, the pressure is 10000 atmosphere.
To compare, the pressure produced in outer space is around 90 atmosphere in a planet as distant as the Venus.
