As a student, I can promote healthy lifestyle by eating nutritious foods such as fruits and vegetables, drinking more than 8 glasses of water a day, exercising at least four times a week, and sleeping at least 8 hours every night. I have to live a healthy lifestyle and show everyone its benefits in order to encourage them to do the same.
