ANSWER: Yi Mong-Yong, a magistrate’s son, accidentally saw the beautiful Ch’unhyang, a  kisaeng’s daughter, while searching for a wild flower.

ANSWER:Ch’unyang was held prisoner in the palace. There were different speculations about her loyalty to her husband. On the other hand, the new magistrate was cruel to the people and abusive to his power.

man?

ANSWER: She had a dream, in which she saw her house. In her garden, the flowers that she had planted and loved had faded. The mirror in her room was broken. Her shoes were hanging on the lintel of the door. A blind man interpreted it by saying that the dried flowers shall bear fruit, the noise of the broken mirror will be heard throughout the world, and the shoes on the door indicate a large crowd visiting to offer congratulations.

9. What was the magistrate's verdict after Ch'unyang strongly rejected his offer and remained  faithful to Yi Mongyong?

ANSWER: Ch'unhyang shall be executed before the magistrates of the nearby towns while celebrating a great feast.

10. What was the final ordeal/test of Ch'unyang?​

ANSWER:Yi  Mong-Yong who was behind a screen tested Ch’unyang’s fidelity by asking her to choose between her life or to marry him.
